Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

At LEVANT we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

Shipping:
Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Cash on Delivery & Inspection:
You can inspect your order with the delivery representative upon arrival. If the product does not meet your expectations or the size is not suitable, you may return it immediately to the courier. In this case, only the shipping fee will be charged.

Returns & Exchanges:
We offer a return or exchange period of 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

* Be unused and unworn
* Be in its original condition
* Have all original tags attached

Refund Process:
Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Important Notes:

* Items that show signs of use or are returned without original tags will not be accepted.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable.
